- You should have
- At least 5 years experience in the Account or Finance Department.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field
- Hands-on experience with accounting software
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
- Knowledge or experience with corporate tax/vat and its process
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations
- Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Analytical skill
- Good communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English
- Good at Microsoft office especially Excel

- Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall management of finance and accounting.
- Execute the budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Check for completeness and accuracy of data entry and month-end closing activities such as account reconciliations, journal entries, and adjustments.
- Monitor and manage account receivables, drive the reduction of overdue receivables, and improve AR-aging.
- Manage obligations to suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
- Oversee and ensure the company’s cashflow
- Analyze the company’s financial forecast
- Identify and address discrepancies
- Revise and improve accounting and financial processes to seamless and automation
